Tim Burkhart

Tim Burkhart is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience across multiple companies in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Verily since March 2022, Tim focuses on connecting individuals with substance use disorders to clinicians, syncing electronic health records, and utilizing AI for patient education. Prior to Verily, Tim held significant roles at Wayfair, where responsibilities included creating a low-latency distributed caching platform and managing an engineering team. Experience extends back to positions at Wanderu, Inc., Go Ahead Tours, and various other organizations, with a strong foundation in web development, system architecture, and software engineering methodologies. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Kansas State University.
