Laurie Burrell

Laurie Burrell serves as the Marketing Director for veriMED IPA since November 2023, after a successful tenure as the Owner and Director of Marketing at Burrell Insurance, Inc. from January 2004 to November 2023, specializing in Medicare and property & casualty insurance sales. Burrell has held various marketing leadership roles, including Director of Marketing for ClareMedica Health Partners and for the FEMG/MyCare 2019 AEP Season. Notably, while at Corbett Preparatory School of IDS, Burrell excelled in fundraising, achieving record donation amounts. Previous positions include Director of Marketing and Business Development at SunMed Primary Care, and roles at WellCare Health Plans and Plant City Medical Center, where Burrell concentrated on operations, provider relations, and compliance. Academic credentials stem from Illinois State University and Parker Sr. High School in Janesville, Wisconsin.
