Jennifer Lepore

Jennifer Lepore, PHR, SHRM-CP, sHRBP, is a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Verinext since 2019, where responsibilities include administering benefit plans, assisting in talent acquisition, conducting employee onboarding, and organizing training initiatives, along with experience in mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Jennifer served at Partners Specialty Group, LLC (an Amwins company) from 2006 to 2017, holding positions such as Human Resources Manager, Benefits & Payroll Manager, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Coordinator, where strategic HR initiatives were established, HR metrics were utilized for decision-making, and comprehensive benefit packages were designed. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Philadelphia University and a Professional in Human Resources Management Certification from Villanova University.
