Frank Kelly

Frank Kelly is an experienced software engineer and architect currently working at Verint since October 2024, following the acquisition of Cogito Corp, where Frank served as Principal Engineer focusing on Pulsar integration for next-generation architecture on Kubernetes. Prior roles include Principal Engineer at HERE Technologies, where Frank contributed to the user data platform team, and Technical Lead at Nokia, managing the App Store Payment Gateway. Frank's significant expertise spans various domains, demonstrated through leadership positions at Fidelity Investments, Razorfish, and several other companies, with educational qualifications including a Ph.D. in Cognitive and Neural Systems from Boston University and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin.
