James Harvey is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in cloud cost optimization and engineering. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Cloud Cost Optimization at Verint since October 2021, James has previously held significant roles such as Chief Cloud Cost Engineer at Alvaria, Inc. and various leadership positions at Aspect Software, including Principal Cost Engineer and Vice President of Cloud Operations. Throughout a career spanning over three decades, James has also contributed as Vice President of Network Architecture at Voxeo and held leadership roles at First Data Corporation, DTN, Prairie Systems, Sterling Software, and ACI Worldwide.
