Jon Robitzsch

Jon Robitzsch is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service delivery, systems management, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Director of IT Service Delivery at Verint since November 2014, Jon has previously held leadership positions such as Director of Managed Services Engineering at PCM and Senior Manager of Information Technology at InComm. Jon's background includes overseeing large teams, managing significant IT infrastructure, and implementing process improvements in procurement and financial oversight. With a strong technical foundation from an MS equivalent in Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich, Jon has successfully contributed to various organizations, enhancing operational efficiency and service quality across diverse environments.
