Mark Pinkett is an experienced professional in product strategy and management, currently serving as the Director of Product Strategy for Verint since November 2017. In this role, Mark oversees the Product Management function for common services in Verint's Cloud Platform and the Knowledge Management product within the Engagement Management portfolio, focusing on defining and executing product roadmaps. Prior to joining Verint, Mark held the position of Product Manager at KANA from 2006 to 2017 and worked as a Technical Consultant and Software Engineer at Lagan Technologies from 2000 to 2006.
