Kostas Tsamis

Kostas Tsamis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2005, they worked as an Architecture Intern at Stauros Mamaloukos' architecture office. Kostas then transitioned to Drifting City as a Junior Architect from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they held multiple roles, including Workshop Coordinator at ECOWEEK, Junior Architect at Yannis Patronis' architecture office, and Assistant Architect at "WALLS".

From 2013 to 2018, Kostas worked at COS, first as a Project Architect - Store Planner and later as a Senior Project Architect. In 2019, they joined WeWork as a Design Manager for their Enterprise product line, Powered by We (PxWe), where they managed multidisciplinary teams and delivered office spaces for Fortune 500 companies. Kostas then became a Product Design Manager in 2020, leading innovative product and design initiatives. From 2020 to 2022, Kostas worked as a Senior Manager for Global Design Product Strategy at WeWork, focusing on user experience and creating market research tools.

Currently, Kostas holds the position of Director of Customer & Product Lifecycle Strategy at Saltmine, starting in 2022. In this role, they drive strategic initiatives in client and product management to deliver innovative and tailored solutions for corporate real estate, ensuring customer success and value throughout the product lifecycle.

Kostas Tsamis has a diverse education history. Kostas completed an e-course, GSD1x (Architectural Immagination), at Harvard University. Kostas also obtained a Google UX Design Professional Certificate from Coursera in 2022. Tsamis holds a BSc & MSc in Architecture from the University of Patras. Furthermore, they attended the 1st Lycee of Rio and received a degree in Apolytirio Deuterovathmias Ekpaideusis. Tsamis has acquired various certifications, including AIPMM Certified Product Manager, Product Management: Building a Product Strategy, TeamOps Certification, AIA International Associate Architect, ARB Registered Architect in the United Kingdom, RIBA Associate Member, and Licensed Architect in Greece, Europe.
