Nicholas Sweeney has extensive experience in the telecommunications field, currently holding the position of EIS Global Channels & Alliances at Verint since April 2012. Prior to this role, Nicholas worked as a T3 NTR Voice Engineer at NICE Systems from April 2011 to April 2012. Nicholas began their career at CyberTech International, serving in various capacities including Senior Engineer in London, Senior Technical Support APAC in Hong Kong, and Internal Support Engineer from June 2007 to April 2011. Nicholas's early experience includes working as a Voice Recording Engineer at Computertel from 2005 to 2007. Nicholas has pursued education at SIP School, earning the SSCA certification in SIP Telephony, and has also completed a degree in Information Technology (AVCE) and a GNVQ in Information Technology at Orpington College. Nicholas attended Welling School from 1994 to 2000.
