Prasanna Vasudevan

Prasanna Vasudevan is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer support and service delivery. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Verint since January 2021, Prasanna previously held the position of Head Customer Support at Seclore from April 2019 to January 2021. Prasanna also has significant experience at Verint, where the role of Head Service Delivery was held from April 2005 to June 2017. Earlier career milestones include working as a Senior Consultant at Datacom from 2002 to 2005 and as a Support Engineer at KLG Systel from 2000 to 2002. Prasanna holds a B.Tech in Computer Software Engineering from Punjabi University and has completed leadership programs at XLRI Jamshedpur and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
