Roi Shefts

Roi Shefts is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and customer solutions, particularly in the technology sector. Currently serving as AVP and Senior Director of APAC Cloud Solutions at Verint since August 2013, Roi has held various key positions, including Director of Customer Solutions and Engineering Director. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Technical Manager at Orbotech Japan, where Roi managed customer support and training, and Business Director for Negevtech, where achievements included successfully penetrating the Japanese and Korean semiconductor markets. Roi's consultancy experience in 2009 involved representing foreign companies in Japan, backed by an MBA from Globis University, awarded with honors for academic excellence.
