Rosemarie Flore

Rosemarie Flore is an experienced finance professional with a distinguished career, currently serving as the VP, Americas Regional Controller at Verint-Systems since April 2008. In this role, Rosemarie oversees Americas Transaction Processing and General Accounting, ensuring the timely preparation of accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. Responsibilities also include maintaining compliance through documentation of accounting positions, quarterly analytic reviews, and implementing key controls.
