Tal Vagman

Tal Vagman is an experienced corporate development leader currently serving as Head of Corporate Development at Optibus since June 2021. At Optibus, Tal focuses on growth and evolution in the transportation software industry, leveraging advanced technology. Concurrently, Tal holds advisory roles at Seven Bel, providing strategic support to the board and executive team. As VP of Corporate Development at Verint since 2019, Tal drives corporate development initiatives across cyber intelligence segments, overseeing investments, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions. Tal has a rich history at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, starting as Director of Product Strategy and subsequently leading strategy development across various business segments since 2005. Earlier experience includes product and business development roles at Gilat Satcom and Siemens PLM Software. Tal holds a degree from Tel Aviv University.
