Todd Ferraro

Todd Ferraro is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and business process optimization. Currently serving as GVP of Global Operations and BPO at Verint since November 2020, Todd is responsible for facilities, procurement, and supply chain transformation, including the development of a two-year procurement transformation plan. Previously, Todd held several key roles at Verint, including Interim CIO for the Cybersecurity Division, achieving significant cost reductions and improved SLA cycle times. With a background in global services from NCR Corporation and strategy roles at Diebold and Citizens Bank, Todd has consistently driven operational efficiency and strategic transformation across multiple industries. Todd holds a B.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from Westfield State College and completed a Project Management certification program at Bryant University.
