Umesh Uppur

Umesh Uppur is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Information Technology at Verint since January 2016, Umesh has a proven track record in project management, service delivery operations, and people management, having previously held positions such as IT Director, IT Senior Manager, and APAC IT Service Manager. Prior to Verint, Umesh was with HSBC Global Technology India from March 2004 to 2015, where responsibilities included managing project activities, overseeing service delivery functions, and leading teams. Umesh began the career as a System Engineer at CMS Computers Limited from 2001 to 2004. Umesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communications from KVGCE, obtained in 2000.
