Ali Jafer

Ali Jafer is a seasoned professional in business analysis and CRM implementation with extensive experience across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant and Principal Business Analyst at VeriPark since September 2023, Ali specializes in corporate banking CRM solutions, particularly the implementation of MS Dynamics 365 for Bank Misr in Egypt. Prior to this role, Ali worked at Systems MEA, focusing on mobile app features for customer onboarding and retail solutions for the largest Islamic bank in the UAE. Previous positions include significant implementations at VeriPark for retail and corporate CRM solutions for major insurance companies in Saudi Arabia, delivering quality assurance at BrightPoint, and consulting at Bentley Systems and Systems Limited. Ali holds a Master's degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of the Punjab.
