Michel Diab has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Michel currently serves as the Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer at VeriPark, where they focus on driving company strategy, investment, and go-to-market activities to accelerate growth and customer penetration. In addition, they are responsible for marketing, alliances, business management, partnership engagement, and identifying expansion opportunities.

Prior to their role at VeriPark, Michel worked at Microsoft for many years in various leadership positions. Michel served as the MEA Business Application Regional Director, MEA Channel Director, MEA Business Solution Partner Director, Enterprise & Partner Group (EPG) Director for North Africa, East Mediterranean & Pakistan, and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for North Africa, Eastern Mediterranean & Pakistan. During their time at Microsoft, they were responsible for market strategy, planning, execution, user experience, customer satisfaction, and driving business results.

Before joining Microsoft, Michel worked at Ever Team as the Senior Vice President and Board Member. Michel also founded their own company called Arachnea, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer. Under their leadership, Arachnea grew into one of the prominent IT Business Solution companies in the Middle East, resulting in an acquisition by Ever Team.

Michel began their career at Analog Devices as a Research and Development Expert.

Michel Diab obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Boston University between 1989 and 1993. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Semi Conductor Engineering (MSEE) at Boston University from 1994 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, they earned a certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals from Microsoft in March 2020.
