Nathan Quadros has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Currently, they are the Head of Digital Strategy at Veris since 2020, where they lead a team and focuses on executing the company's growth strategy. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Commercial Officer at FrontierSI from 2018 to 2020, where they managed business development, partnerships, and innovation projects. Before that, they held the same position at CRC for Spatial Information from 2011 to 2018, overseeing business development, stakeholder relationships, research projects, and commercialization activities. Nathan also has experience as a Senior Project Manager at the Department of Sustainability and Environment, where they successfully managed large LiDAR projects. In addition, they have worked as an Education Advisor (Volunteer) at the Population and Community Development Association, focusing on improving education programs in Thailand. Nathan started their career as a Lecturer at The University of Melbourne, teaching surveying courses. Nathan's expertise lies in digital strategy, business development, stakeholder management, and spatial information.

Nathan Quadros completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at the University of Melbourne from 1998 to 2002. During the same time period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Geomatics Engineering (Honours) at the same institution. From 2004 to 2009, Nathan Quadros pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Engineering at the University of Melbourne. Lastly, from 2015 to 2018, they attended the Melbourne Business School, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
