David H. Shulman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and private equity. As co-founder of VerisFi Capital since August 2022 and CEO and founder of Veris Benchmarks since October 2011, Shulman is focused on pre-employment assessments. Shulman is also a managing partner at Guarded Partners LLC, which specializes in bridge lending and private equity, and previously held significant roles at BasePoint Capital, Guarded Capital LLC, UBS Investment Bank, Rodman & Renshaw, and Salomon Brothers. Shulman holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School, completed in 1984.
