Alyssa Joseph

Alyssa Joseph is currently the Director of Revenue Operations at Veris Insights. Prior to this, they worked at BirdEye from May 2016 to May 2022, where they were a Senior Revenue Operations Manager & Marketing Ops Manager. During their time at BirdEye, they were responsible for maintaining the company-wide pipeline model, setting goals, measuring, tracking & reporting on pipeline, attainment and conversion metrics by party (sales and marketing, etc) and segment. Alyssa also oversaw the preparation and delivery of daily reporting on KPIs to stakeholders to keep team proactively informed of monthly progress towards goals. In addition, Alyssa was in charge of lead generation programs and increasing monthly leads by 400%. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, they were named a 2021 Bar Raiser.

Alyssa Joseph has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a BA in Management and Leadership Studies from Eckerd College.
