Account Advisor at Veris Insights

Hannah Bower has been working in the customer experience field for over two years. Hannah started their career as a specialist in technology account management at EAB. During their time at EAB, they were responsible for developing and managing customer relationships. Hannah also worked on a team that helped customers troubleshoot issues with their technology accounts. In August of 2018, they left EAB to join Veris Insights as a member experience senior manager.

In their current role, Hannah is responsible for overseeing the member experience team. Hannah works with customers to ensure they are getting the most out of their Veris Insights membership. Hannah also works with the customer success team to help resolve any issues that members may be having.

Hannah has always been interested in helping others. Before embarking on their career in customer experience, they interned with Greenhouse Scholars, an education non-profit. During their time there, they helped Greenhouse Scholars provide support to high-performing, under-resourced high school students. Her responsibilities included public relations and communications, grant writing, program organization and efficacy, volunteer management, and annual accountability analyses for Greenhouse' key supporters.

They are on a team with Jinks Jervey - Member Experience Senior Associate, Hunter Johnson - Marketing Associate, and Sarah Katz - Member Experience Manager. Hannah Bower reports to Donna Hay-Jones, VP, Market Impact.
