Carmen DeGuida is a seasoned IT executive with extensive experience in information security and management consulting. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer and Vice President at Veris Residential since May 2023, Carmen has also held the role of President and Information Services Executive Consultant at CMD Technology Management Consulting, LLC since July 2007, focusing on IT executive management services, infrastructure assessments, and organizational transformation. Previous positions include ITSM and EUC Practice Lead at Spark Therapeutics, Cybersecurity Program Manager at Spirit Halloween / Spencer Gifts, and Senior IT Management & Security Consultant at BioTelemetry, Inc. Carmen has also undertaken various interim and contract roles, providing strategic IT assessments and planning for organizations such as Green Growth Brands, Knoll, and Horizon Group USA.
