Christina Leffingwell

Christina Leffingwell is currently a Research Analyst at VeriScreen. Prior to that, they worked at Indiana University Residential Programs and Services as Foster Center Desk Staff from August 2018 to May 2019. There, they received, organized, and checked out over 15,500 campus packages, parcels, and pieces of mail in order to deliver mail to students in a more timely manner. Christina also checked in new student arrivals and managed room keys, student ID’s, and mailboxes to protect and respect residents' privacy and safety. Additionally, they answered over the phone and in person questions regarding campus life, directions, and maintenance issues to better help students adjust to college residency. Before that, Christina worked as a Sales Consultant at Carts Gone Wild, Inc. from March 2016 to August 2019. There, they consulted with walk in and telephone customers regarding parts, accessories, and golf cart sales in order to increase customer satisfaction and company revenue. Christina was also the leader of implementation of new Customer Relationship Management software to improve our sales procedure and gain a better understanding of our customers' perspectives. Additionally, they expanded social media presence and integrated business applications into our website to create a faster, more fluid flow of emails, posts, and advertisements online.
