Alan Tinney is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the insurance and data solutions industries. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Auto Sales at Verisk Insurance Solutions since February 2014, Alan leads the underwriting solutions auto sales team and previously held the position of Director of Auto Sales, focusing on data solutions and analytics for auto underwriting in the P&C insurance market. Prior to Verisk, Alan worked at Equifax as VP of National Accounts, selling information products to national insurance customers, and held various sales roles at LexisNexis from May 1995 to August 2012. Earlier experience includes managing distributor relations and sales at Ivax Pharmaceuticals from June 1991 to May 1995. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Jacksonville State University, obtained between 1982 and 1986.
