Iulia Balan

Iulia Balan, MBA, is an accomplished marketing executive currently serving as Vice President of International Marketing at Verisk since March 2024. With extensive experience at State Street from May 2011 to March 2024, Iulia held multiple leadership roles, including Managing Director of Segments & Solutions Marketing, Managing Director and Head of Product Marketing, and Marketing and Client Experience Director. Prior to State Street, Iulia worked at ING Commercial Banking as a Marketing Communications Executive and Account Manager. Iulia began a career at Confindustria Romania, overseeing events and public relations. Iulia holds an Executive MBA from Imperial Business School, a Diploma in Marketing Communications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and two master's degrees in Public Relations and International Relations from Babes-Bolyai University, along with a bachelor's degree in Italian and English Languages.
