Kathlyn Card Beckles

Kathy Card Beckles serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Verisk since April 2021. Additionally, Kathy holds a position as a Board Member of the Nasdaq Exchange, contributing to the Board of Directors since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Chase, where Kathy served as General Counsel for both Chase Consumer Bank and Card Services from July 2015 to April 2021. Kathy's legal expertise was further developed at JPMorgan Chase from December 2004 to October 2015 as Managing Director and Associate General Counsel of Intellectual Property and Technology, overseeing the patent and trademark law group. Early career experiences include positions at Kenyon & Kenyon as an Associate, a Legal Intern in the Chambers of Judge Edward Damich, and a Resource for Frito Lay focusing on process engineering. Kathy holds a Doctor of Law degree from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
