Mark Campbell has extensive experience in software configuration management (SCM) and information technology service delivery, with a career spanning multiple decades. Since May 2004, Mark has served as an Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at Verisk, following a long tenure as SCM Project Leader and Change Management Coordinator at ISO.
