Richard Della Rocca

Rich Della Rocca is president of Claims, overseeing Verisk’s integrated suite of products and services that help improve claims processing, valuation, and fraud detection worldwide. Rich also leads Verisk business Xactware, a leading provider of property claims estimating solutions.

Rich brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership experience to his role, with nearly 40 years of leading innovative product development in the insurance industry. Previously, Rich served as president and senior vice president of ISO Claims Solutions, where he directed the development and operation of ISO ClaimSearch and other claims and antifraud services.

Rich joined ISO as an assistant manager in 1995 and later served as assistant vice president of marketing and assistant vice president of business development. In this role, he helped drive business growth and expansion by identifying and completing key acquisitions and strategic alliances in support of ISO’s strategic business units and subsidiaries.

Before joining Verisk, Rich held increasingly responsible positions in product development and marketing management at Continental Insurance Company.

Rich is an industry thought leader, contributing to industry publications such as CLM Magazine, Claims Magazine, and Forbes Business Reporter.

He holds a BA in communications from Rutgers University and the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
