Zsófia Poják

Zsófia Poják is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Verisk since October 2022, Zsófia previously held the roles of Talent Acquisition Team Lead and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Majorel from March 2020 to September 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Sourcing Partner for Resideo through Hays from October 2018 to February 2020, where Zsófia was involved in sourcing for a major technology firm. Zsófia began their career at Jobcapital Kft. as a Recruiter and HR Intern from July 2016 to September 2018 and also worked as an HR Coordinator at ESN Pécs from October 2015 to June 2016. Academically, Zsófia holds a Bachelor's degree in Andragogy from the University of Pécs and participated in an Erasmus scholarship program in Economics at Nicolaus Copernicus University.
