Shanu shawan Jha has been in the tech industry for several years. In 2018, they began working as a Python Developer for iscits pvt ltd. In 2021, they joined DolphinChat (Formerly CivilCops) as a Technical Project Manager and Senior Chatbot Developer. Currently, they are a Product Manager at VeriSmart.ai.

Shanu shawan Jha completed a Gniit degree from the National Institute of Information Technology in the field of Information Technology between 2011 and 2013. Shanu shawan then went on to pursue a Bca degree from the Indira Gandhi National Open University in the field of Information Technology between 2013 and 2017. Finally, they completed a Master of Computer Applications - MCA degree from the Indira Gandhi National Open University in the field of Information Technology between 2017 and 2019.
