Joonas Honkanen

Joonas Honkanen has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Joonas began their career in 2010 as an Office Assistant at Helsinki City Rescue Department. From there, they worked as a Storage Worker at Keslog Oy from 2011 to 2014. Joonas then transitioned into a Salesperson role at Merihaan Pallohalli from 2014 to 2018. In 2017, they joined Danske Bank as a Financing Assistant and worked there until 2020. Additionally, they completed an Analyst Internship at Bocap Group in 2020. Currently, Joonas is gaining experience at Verisure, starting as a Junior Business Controller in 2020, then progressing to a Business Controller role from 2021 to 2022, and currently serving as the Head of Finance.

Joonas Honkanen completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance, General at Aalto University in 2017. Joonas then pursued a Master's degree in Finance and graduated from Aalto University in 2019. In the same year, they also briefly studied at the University of Technology Sydney for their Master's degree. Previously, in 2017, Joonas completed a Bachelor's degree at HEC Montréal. Before their university studies, they attended Mäkelänrinne Sports High School from 2008 to 2012.
