Marc Budim serves as the Group Head of Strategy and M&A at Verisure since May 2016, leading strategic initiatives in a global home and personal security company with over 5 million subscribers across Europe and Latin America. Prior to this role, Marc was the Group M&A Director and Founding Partner at mBlueprint Consulting SL, where expertise in business development, due diligence, and post-merger integration was cultivated for the cement and building materials industry.
