Alvaro Delgado

Alvaro Delgado serves as the Head of Total Rewards at Verisure, a role held since June 2020, overseeing a global compensation and benefits strategy for over 20 countries and managing a team of four. Prior to Verisure, Alvaro held a consultancy position at Mercer Spain, specializing in executive compensation and global policies, and served as a senior consultant at EY focusing on HR strategy. Alvaro began a career in consulting at KPMG and gained initial legal experience through an internship at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in International Taxation from Garrigues CE and a double degree in Law and Business from the University of Navarra.
