Manuel Niebhagen

Manuel Niebhagen has a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in various roles and industries. Manuel started their career as an Intern in Operative Marketing at BMW in 2009. Manuel then worked as an Intern in Finance & Accounting at Procter & Gamble in 2011. Niebhagen went on to join the German Federal Armed Forces, Bundeswehr, as an Officer for Logistics (Air Force) from 2006 to 2011, where they led teams and conducted education and practical classes. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Procter & Gamble as a Financial Analyst in Supply Chain and later as a Senior Financial Analyst in Commercial Operations and Sales. In these roles, they were responsible for financial management, strategic evaluations, and people management. In 2016, Niebhagen joined Amazon as a Finance Manager, first in FP&A and Contra Cogs Europe, where they managed reporting, forecasts, and contract compliance. Manuel then became a Finance Manager in Pan EU Processes, optimizing cost allocation mechanisms, inventory reporting, and planning. In 2018, Niebhagen moved to The Adecco Group as the Head of Controlling CH, leading a team of controllers and improving financial reporting and bonus evaluations. Currently, they are working at Verisure as the Finance Director for Global Group Functions and Technology and as a Senior Finance Manager for Technology, overseeing financial operations at a global level.

Manuel Niebhagen earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Management, Marketing, and Accounting from Bundeswehr University Munich between 2007 and 2009. Following this, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Finance and Risk management from the same university between 2010 and 2011. In addition, Manuel also acquired a certification in Leading by communication from agens communication in the year 2009.
