Marc Budim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, mergers and acquisitions within the construction and security sectors. Currently serving as the Group Head of Strategy and M&A at Verisure since May 2016, Budim has previously held significant roles such as Group M&A Director and Founding Partner at mBlueprint Consulting SL, where expertise in business development and operational excellence was demonstrated. His career includes co-founding BK Partners, leading corporate strategy and business development at Cemex, and consulting at The Boston Consulting Group, alongside earlier experience with Bossard Consultants. Budim holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School and a Bac C in Maths & Sciences from Lycée Militaire de St Cyr.
