Rozenn Bouvier has extensive experience in customer insights and experience management, currently serving as the Group Customer Insights and Experience Manager at Verisure since July 2017. Prior to this, Rozenn held various roles at Ipsos Loyalty from June 2013 to June 2017, including Account Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing a team, overseeing commercial objectives, client relationships, financial monitoring of studies, and conducting impactful presentations. Previously, Rozenn worked at TNS Sofres from 2005 to May 2013, initially as a Directrice d'études focusing on opinion research and subsequently as Chef de groupe in the Energy, Services, and Industry department, managing studies on brand image and customer satisfaction. Rozenn holds a Master's degree in PROGIS and a Diplôme de Sciences Politiques from Sciences Po Grenoble.
