Sara Tena is a seasoned UX Researcher with extensive experience in user experience design and research spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Verisure since June 2021, Sara previously held the same title at Verti from August 2018 to June 2021. With a strong academic background, including a Doctorate in Computer Science with a focus on HCI from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Sara has also contributed to education as a Thesis Director for a Master's program in User Experience at UNIR.
