Lucy Scott-Moncrieff CBE is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Judge at the Court of Protection since August 2018 and as a Mental Health Tribunal Judge with the Courts & Tribunals Judiciary since 2008. As the Managing Owner of Scott-Moncrieff & Associates Ltd, a law firm established in 1987, Lucy ensures the delivery of high-quality legal services. Previously, Lucy held the position of Commissioner at the Judicial Appointments Commission and served as Chair of the Equality & Diversity Committee for the Law Society of England & Wales, along with various roles including President of the Law Society, Co-Chair of the International Bar Association's Access to Justice & Legal Aid Committee, and Commissioner for Standards in the UK House of Lords.
