Lucy Scott-Moncrieff CBE is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Judge at the Court of Protection since August 2018 and as a Mental Health Tribunal Judge with the Courts & Tribunals Judiciary since 2008. As the Managing Owner of Scott-Moncrieff & Associates Ltd, a law firm established in 1987, Lucy ensures the delivery of high-quality legal services.
