Jason McAuliffe

Prior to Veritas, Jason was Vice President of Operations at The Raine Group where he led portfolio operations and supported other strategic initiatives for the firm. Prior to The Raine Group, he was the Controller of South Dakota Trust Company after working as an Audit Senior Manager at Deloitte where he served global financial services firms and worked on various transactions including M&A, IPOs, spin-offs and reorganizations. While at Deloitte, Jason was selected to serve in the Office of the CEO from 2012-2014. Jason holds an M.B.A. from Hofstra University and a B.B.A. from Adelphi University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
