Hannah Vogt

Hannah Vogt is currently working as a Patient Navigation Manager and Case Manager at Veritas Collaborative, LLC. Prior to this, Hannah gained experience as an On-Call Victim Advocate at Florida State University and as a Customer Service Staff at Publix Super Markets. Hannah also worked as a Clinical Case Manager at Georgia Pines CSB. Hannah holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a focus on Clinical/Medical Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from Florida State University.
