Josh Pratt has extensive work experience in the technology and operations field. Josh started their career as a Public Programs employee at FranklinCovey in 1994 and later transitioned to B2B Sales and Sales Systems Manager roles, where they played a crucial role in migrating the organization's sales systems to a more efficient architecture. In 1996, they joined Axiom Financial as the Director of Operations and later became the VP of Technology & Operations.
