Sebastian Robledo

Regional Director, Latin America at Veritas Intercontinental

Sebastian Robledo has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Sebastian began their career as a Junior Researcher at Stem Medicina Regenerativa, where they processed, cryopreserved, and thawed cord blood stem cells for use in medical and experimental procedures, as well as cultivated and expanded corneal limbal stem cells in-vitro and their differentiation into corneal epithelial tissue for transplant. Sebastian also presented projects in two international congresses. In 2014, they became a Consultant Assistant at Centro de Liderazgo y Gestión, where they facilitated and supported processes of organizational evolution within private and public enterprises by using strategies of shared value and sustainable development. In 2016, they took on an Internship at Paradigm Shift Therapeutics. In 2017, they became Co-Founder of TantuMED S.A.S. Most recently, in 2018, they began working as Regional Director, Latin America and Country Manager, Colombia for Veritas Genetics Europe & Latam.

Sebastian Robledo received their Bachelor's degree in Biology from Universidad de Los Andes in 2012, having attended the school from 2007 to 2012. Sebastian then went on to pursue a M.S. in Biotechnology from Georgetown University, where they completed the Biobusiness Track in 2016.
