Amelia Mawlawi

Amelia Mawlawi currently serves as the Head of Customer Advocacy at Arctera.io since December 2024 and is also a Solutions Marketing Manager at Veritas Technologies LLC from April 2022. At Veritas, Amelia develops tailored content such as educational tools, email campaigns, and social media material, focusing on optimizing the customer journey. Prior experience includes various roles at HP, spanning from Global Product Planner to Global Software Product Manager, where Amelia led product strategy and execution for business notebooks and workstations. Earlier positions include Water Safety Instructor and Lifeguard for the City of Fort Collins, along with front desk and office support roles. Amelia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management and Computer Information Systems from the University of Northern Colorado, where studies were completed from 2011 to 2016.
