Kamlesh Lalwani

Kamlesh Lalwani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Global Technical Support for Data Resilience and Data Insight at Arctera.io since April 2023. Prior to this role, Kamlesh held various positions at Veritas Technologies LLC since October 2004, including Director of Customer Success for Software Defined Storage and Senior Manager for Customer Success. Responsibilities included managing post-sales product support for a team of over 80 employees, leading one of the largest 24/7 support centers generating over $2 billion in revenue, and overseeing enterprise product support for mission-critical application availability products. Early career experience includes a technical support associate role at Wipro Spectramind Services Pvt. Ltd. Kamlesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College and has a foundation in science education from the South Indian Education Society’s College of Arts, Science, and Commerce.
