Mark Harvey has extensive experience in technical support and systems engineering, beginning with an apprenticeship in radio trades and progressing through various roles in technology firms over several decades. Currently, Mark serves as a retired professional while previously working as a NetBackup Backline Technical Support Engineer at Veritas Technologies LLC since April 2003, providing support to frontline and advanced technical support engineers as well as enterprise customers. Additionally, Mark held positions as SRE at Nutanix, System Engineer at ENSTOR, Technical Support at Force Technology, and Customer Engineer at Computer Maintenance of Australia, where responsibilities included installation and integration of storage solutions and providing support for UNIX systems. Mark has a special interest in PureDisk and de-duplication technologies. Education was obtained at TAFE NSW from 1977 to 1987.
