Kathryn Hardman

Kathryn Hardman has extensive experience in risk management, particularly in third-party and model risk governance. Kathryn held various senior roles at BBVA in the USA, where they established centralized third-party management offices and managed high-risk relationships. Kathryn also led strategic initiatives for model risk transformation and governance. Additionally, they have experience in credit risk management and real estate underwriting. Prior to BBVA, they worked at RBC as an Assistant Vice President in Builder Finance, focusing on residential real estate loans.

Kathryn Hardman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Development from Texas A&M University. Kathryn also has a Master of Agribusiness degree from the same university. Kathryn participated in an Independent Study Abroad Program at American InterContinental University. Additionally, they studied at The University of Texas at Austin in the BBVA Compass School of Management.
