Kelly Neugebauer

Kelly Neugebauer has held various roles in the banking industry since 1998. Kelly started as a Bank Examiner at the Texas Department of Banking before moving on to become a National Bank Examiner at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. In 2014, they joined BOK Financial as Vice President- Loan Review Supervisor until 2019. Later in 2019, they worked as the Director of Loan Review at MidSouth Bank before taking on their current role as Loan Review Manager and SVP at Veritex Community Bank.

Kelly Neugebauer completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Finance at Texas Tech University from 1994 to 1998. In 2007 to 2009, they pursued a program in SW Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business. Kelly enhanced their skills in Mediation/Conflict Resolution/Negotiation at Abilene Christian University-Duncum Center Solutions in 2018. Additionally, they furthered their education at Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, General.
