Ninel Struzska

Ninel Struzska currently serves as Senior Vice President and GGL Senior Credit Officer II at Veritex Community Bank since April 2025. Previously, Ninel held the position of Chief Credit Officer at Fund-Ex Solutions Group, where oversight of the credit approval process and portfolio monitoring for SBA 7a loans was delivered, exercising a $3 million approval authority and facilitating $260 million funding for 190 loans from 2022 to 2023. Ninel also worked as VP, SBA Credit Officer at Citizens Bank and spent a decade at Byline Bank in various roles, including Senior Vice President and Senior Underwriting Manager. Ninel’s career in credit and underwriting began at Anchorbank, where a comprehensive experience in commercial credit analysis was gained. Ninel holds a Master's degree in Finance and Credit from Kiev National University of Economics in Ukraine.
