Paul Reade

Paul Reade is an experienced banking executive with a specialized focus on Small Business Administration (SBA) lending. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and SBA Houston Sales Director at Veritex Community Bank since July 2022, Paul previously held the position of Executive Vice President and SBA Lending Manager at CommunityBank of Texas from April 2007 to June 2022. Notably, Paul played a significant role during the mergers involving Founders Bank and Vista Bank Texas in 2011, as well as the merger of Vista Bank Texas with CommunityBank of Texas in 2013. Earlier career experience includes serving as Executive Vice President at Founders Bank from 2008 to 2010 and as Senior Vice President in the SBA Division at Comerica Bank from 1993 to 2005. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
