Amy Lasurdo-Patti has extensive experience in software development, competitive intelligence, incident management, and ESG/sustainability. Amy is Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certified and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing. Amy has also held various roles at Ipsos, where Amy focused on client success, software management, and panel projects. Additionally, Amy took a career break to care for a family member before joining Veritext Legal Solutions as the Director of Product & Portfolio Management. Amy is also a coach for client service excellence, emotional intelligence, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
